Working as John and Shah STL, John and Shah Smith are licensed Missouri agents and REALTORS, in affiliation with Coldwell Banker Realty - Gundaker.  We work with residential real estate buyers and sellers at any stage including "Just Thinking..." throughout the greater metropolitan St. Louis/St. Charles areas, with special emphasis on Maryland Heights and surrounding areas.

We are both active members of the National Association of REALTORS, MO REALTORS, and St. Louis Association of REALTORS.  Both are founding members of the Missouri LGBTQ Real Estate Alliance.   Shah is serving her third term  and John is serving his first term as members of the Board of Directors for the Missouri Realtors Association. John is a current member of the Missouri REALTORS Professional Standards Committee, with past membership on the Risk Management, Residential Forms, and Grievance Committees.  John is serving his fourth year on the St. Louis REALTORS Inclusion Advisory Board and is a past Chair and Co-Chair of that group.

Our professional education includes certification as Seller’s Representative Specialists (SRS) and Pricing Strategy Advisors (PSA, in addition to having earned the NAR C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) credential.

Individually, Shah is an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), while John is certified as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), e-Pro, At Home With Diversity (AHWD), and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE).
